Happy V-Day!

Happy Valentines Day Everyone! Just wanted to tell Uncle Chad and Aunt Kira thank you for the cute Valentines shirts, they love them.

This is the best picture I could get of them, we were in a hurry.

I don't like my kids to have a lot of candy. So I usually get them a book and this year they got a cute puppy with a heart sucker. I thought they were really cute.

Merrial got me flowers like he does every year. I never know what kind they are going to be, every year they are different. This years are really pretty.

Motherhood

I have had a lot of time in the past little few weeks while my kids have been sick to really think about things. For some reason my mind has been wandering to why I am a mother. I guess it is because there are so many babies being born around me. I love being a mother, some days I want to pull my hair out and hide in my bedroom with the door locked. But I don't know what I would do without them.

you'll have your baby in your arms and think,
just a few days ago you were inside of me.


this world will be different than your moms
but you'll want to ask her about everything
and everything you used to do with two hands
you'll now do with one.


you'll take a million photos of the same thing,
and want to show them to everyone.
sometimes you'll beg for silence.
but then you'll worry when it's quiet.
sometimes you will ask, "what did i do?"
but more times you'll think, "wow!, look what i've done!"
and you will wonder if there is a new mom out there
going through the exact same thing.
